RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances unless the wrong item was received or is defective (which is rare).
You may exchange your item(s) for a different size or color only if the item(s) are in stock within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you by email with an alternative option or offer store credit.
• Cosmetics and accessories can not be returned or exchanged.
• All shipping and handling fees for exchanges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
• All exchange items must be UNWORN in perfect condition and in its original packaging— no exceptions.
